Driving Your Success with DiSC® Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Our ever-evolving work environments require you to navigate a variety of complex interactions - and there isn't a one size-fits-all way to respond to them. Some situations require a firm stance while others require you to have an open mind and do more listening than decision-making.

It's easy to get stuck in a pattern of behavior that makes it difficult to choose the appropiate and most effective response. This causes us to reply on familiar responses because they may have worked in the past - though they may not always be the best approach.

How can you improve?  Join us at the 2024 Leadership Forum, presented by the Women in Propane Council, to learn how to develop your emotional intelligence with DiSC® Agile EQ™ to reach new responses that level up your decision-making process. The more comfortable you become with these types of responses, the more agile you'll become to adapt to any situation. Get outside your comfort zone and learn how to choose the most effective response to every senario.

In this session, the presenter will also focus on goal setting and personal planning.

Key Takeaways to Participants

  • Discover your DiSC style and the EQ mindsets that shape your interactions
  • Recognize the other EQ mindsets and the value of those
  • Act on steps to adopt these other mindsets to reach the most effective responses from others
