Women in Propane Roundtable: Through the Leadership Lens Live Podcast

Through the Leadership Lens podcast is returning live for its third consecutive year at the 2026 Women in Propane Roundtable. This interactive session features a live edition of the popular podcast, hosted by Jessica Balderston and Freddie Fidler, and showcases a panel of the podcast's most memorable guests.
Attendees will hear authentic leadership stories, gain insights from industry voices, and participate in a live Q&A with the hosts. The session also invites participants to reflect on their own leadership journey through the podcast's signature questions:
1. What does leadership mean to you?
2. How do you recognize leadership potential in others, or identify challenges in yourself or your team?
3. Who has mentored you, and how has mentorship shaped your leadership path?
Following the podcast, audience members will take part in roundtable discussions, sharing personal reflections and connecting with peers in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Meet the Hosts of Through the Leadership Lens
Since joining RCC in 2014, Jessica has worked closely with propane and fuel marketers—leading software training, guiding conversions, and helping companies succeed with RCC’s solutions. Her leadership focuses on building a support team that prioritizes both technical expertise and strong client relationships.
Jessica also serves as Co-Chair of Programs and Events for Women in Propane, where she develops initiatives that connect, educate, and empower industry professionals. With her unique perspective as a second-generation business owner, she is passionate about balancing innovation with tradition while fostering growth in the propane and fuel community.
Since joining RCC in 2005, Freddie has worn many hats that deepened my understanding of our customers, technology, and the propane industry. Today, he leads business growth and marketing, collaborating across departments and with leadership to drive innovation and connection. Freddie is also active in the NPGA community, co-hosting the Through the Leadership Lens podcast with the Women in Propane Council, where they spotlight diverse voices and leadership stories. Freddie serves on the NPGA Services Section, helping shape initiatives that move our industry forward. At home, life is full with his wife Monica and their three kids—Madeline, Parker, and Rylan. Whether traveling or enjoying the outdoors, family time keeps him grounded.
Freddie's purpose is to be a high-energy leader who inspires trust and success in others through knowledge, passion, and a genuine love for what he does.
