T2: How Dual Second-stage Regulators Work and the Benefits of Underpressure and Overpressure Shut-off Safety Components

Join us for a general discussion on dual second-stage pressure regulator operation used in domestic or small commercial applications. Installations can be for individual applications or in-gas grids, and can be directly assembled to a meter configuration for LP-gas. Additionally, this session will focus on underpressure shut-off (UPSO) and overpressure shut-off (OPSO) safety features and their implications to you and your customer.

T3: Rail Unloading Compressor with High Capacity and Deep Evacuation Capabilities

A modernized rail unloading compressor system from Corken that offers high capacity unloading and vapor recovery (25% faster than an FD891), a flexible unloading rate, and deep evacuation capabilities down to 0 psig. This presentation is an overview of the commercial and technical aspects of this system which allows the user to efficiently recover an additional 230 – 400 gallons from each rail car unloaded. This meets the stated needs of dozens of terminal operators with an ROI of about one year.

T4: LP-Gas Regulators Proper Installation Practices

This course will take a deep dive into the proper installation and service of a gas regulators covering the proper placement and selection of a regulator. The guidelines will cover the proper placement of a regulator on different propane containers and metered installations. Proper placements will ensure a continued service life and protect the regulator from outdoor elements. Venting practices will be outlined in detail with examples of incorrect installation and corrective actions. This course will help installers when referencing regulator performance curve charts.
