Overview
Smart-Hose Technologies manufactures engineered hose assemblies that are designed and integrated with a valve in each end fitting. If the hose assembly experiences a catastrophic hose failure the Smart-Hose Safety System is designed to instantaneously shut down the flow in both directions. Certified as a passive safety device the Smart-Hose Safety System needs no human intervention to activate. Also introducing a new initiative technology, the Smart-Hose Break-Away Coupler; designed for any hazardous transfer application that has a potential for a pull-away incident.
