2018 Propane Technical Workshops
Propane Technical Workshops target the service technician/installer, propane gas system designer, equipment purchaser, sales personnel, and anyone else involved in the sales, installation, and servicing or propane systems and related gas applications. These hands-on workshop sessions, taught by factory instructors, will take place in classrooms outside of the Exhibit Hall.

This seminar focuses on basics of installing a vented or vent free log. It will cover important topics such as minimum opening dimensions, fireplace doors, sunken hearths, damper positioning draft testing and much more. |

The purpose of this session will be to review the LC 1027 listing criteria including the reasoning and test levels behind the test criteria and how that relates to arc resistive CSST systems and safety LP piping systems. Additionally, the session will include installation certification training regarding the sizing, installation, and testing of FlashShield CSST systems. |
This session is designed for building inspectors, HVAC contractors, mechanical contractors, plumbing installers, propane equipment wholesalers, and utilities. Attendees of this session will leave with an increased understanding of 3rd stage regulatory applications on 2 and 5 pound systems, which includes sizing, venting, codes, and standards |
