"Great management is not an act. It is a habit." This paraphrase of a Greek philosopher reminds us that the road to business success is not a secret. It is the results of preparation, hard work, and learning. Managing people to achieve the desired business outcome requires habitually applying excellence in management. Industry leaders Paige O'Dell and Ray Murray share their insights from their impressive careers.
