Women in Propane Roundtable: Leadership Ropes to Climb and Learn

Industry leader Christina Armentano (Paraco) shares personal stories from her diverse leadership experience at her family’s Northeast propane business, with a $1 Billion e-commerce company, and with a global management consulting firm.

With her unique perspective and engaging speaking style Christina delivers a message with impact. In her current role, Christina focuses on strategic growth initiatives providing leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to Paraco’s sales, marketing, customer service and business development functions. Her experience both inside and outside the propane industry contributes to her leadership effectiveness.

Christina is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Paraco, a privately-held marketer providing 60 million gallons annually to 120,000 customers in the northeastern United States. During her MBA program Christina focused her efforts on the energy industry, with Graduate work conducted at Irving Oil Ltd, Big Belly Solar and AmeriGas. Today she serves as third generation and a member of the Paraco executive team. Christina holds the 2017 LP Gas Rising Leader Award and serves the propane industry on the boards of directors for the Hudson Valley Oil Energy Council, the National Propane Gas Association, and New York Propane Gas Association, as well as serving as a committee chair for the Propane Gas Association of New England.
