After growing up around the industry, Steph Hennen began her own career in propane as a marketing intern at age 16. After working for vendors for nearly 8 years, she transferred to the retail side of the industry and is currently the Marketing Manager for Lakes Gas, headquartered in Wyoming, Minnesota. Steph loves to give any of her extra time back to the industry and is actively involved in NPGA and PERC. She is a big advocate for young people in the industry and works to recognize the great individuals who currently work in propane. In 2020, Steph became the youngest woman to chair an NPGA committee as the Conventions Committee Chair. She currently serves as the PropanePAC Chair & the District 3 Director for NPGA.
