Tamera is a member of the firm's deal execution team at Cetane Associates, and engages in M&A advisory, business value estimates and transaction analysis. She has touched every aspect of sale transactions including financial modeling, valuation analysis, confidential marketing, due diligence, contract review and negotiation of final closing documents. Before joining Cetane Associates, Tamera spent 23 years with Propane Resources in various roles including senior advisor for their M&A consulting group. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Baker University.
