Jim is the Senior Director of Global Market Development for OPW Propane Energy Solutions, responsible for leading the Marketing, Communications, Regulatory, Legal, Technical Service, Training, and Customer Service teams for both the MEC and REGO brands. Jim has spent the past thirty years serving the propane industry in various capacities including research and development, design evaluation, intellectual property, quality management systems, regulatory compliance, training, technical affairs, market development and code and standards development. He is currently serving on the board of directors for the Michigan Propane Gas Association, NPGA Board of Directors (Manufacturer’s Section), NPGA TS&S Chairman’s Advisory Committee, NPGA Conventions Committee, PERC R&D Advisory Committee Vice Chair, NPGA Alternate to the NFPA 58 Technical Committee on Liquefied Petroleum Gases and past chair of the NPGA Technology, Standards & Safety Committee and Manufacturer’s Section.
