Merle brings over 25 years of propane industry experience, having served in various leadership positions that involved acquisitions, successful management of large P&L operations, and operations management and support. Merle’s focus has always been bringing teams together to achieve business growth, increased levels of customer service, and safety across all aspects of the propane industry. Prior to building a successful career in the propane industry, Merle served 20 years on active duty in the U.S. Army in a variety of roles including as Special Forces Weapons Sergeant. He is originally from Medford, Oregon, and graduated from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina.
